one time when i was standing in line for security at an airport there was a lady in front of me with about as much metal in her head as i have. A kid behind us asked their parent how we were getting through the metal detector. Their parent started going off on some wild tangent about how we should have taken them out before getting to the airport... me and the lady teamed up to explain to the kid that their parent was very wrong and the piercings are non magnetic metal and won't set off anything
