It really depends on the magic setting, personally I like if anyone can use magic and you don't have to have education to learn it, some could go by instinct. Psykers just appear randomly, some have greater "power" than others and some are minimal

Maybe a little bit less than that but still it took a minute

I tend to pick up PvE games alot faster than PvP games

I still don't think I was reliably good at VT2 until like 200 hours

At 100 I could manage but I was still taking way more chip damage than I would now

it also tends to make the player focus more on improving their own skill over looking for an out through a build, i think understanding things is good but i think putting playerskills over the numbers is better in these games
