This Reddit post summed up my issues nicely:

    Stimm Supply does not count as using a stim for Chemical Dependency keystone or the Long Lasting node.

    Blackout Grenade does not recharge from dot kills, even though it's seemingly the best option for the Pocket Toxin node.

    Ramping Backstabs, despite being in the tree that is mostly ranged, only functions on melee backstabs and melee backstab damage. It also does not say this. Even worse is that if you deal any dot damage, such as using the bone saw or chem toxin on crit, you immediately lose the backstab bonus.

    Dot kills do not extend Desperado, meaning you're better off using melee if you're using the Needler.

    Even more puzzling is the Needler has Speedload, which gives reload speed on close range kill, but this does not trigger off dot damage, and it's virtually impossible to kill anything with the Needler's projectile damage (it does about 30 damage on hit).

Ive been playing more vt recently since the player count picked up, but I gotta say dt's melee system is so much better purely for the fact that doing L1 can chain into H2 and vice versa

it sucks when you want to do combos but vt's system always starts from L1 or H1 (when swapping mid combo I mean), even a PA doesn't chain into anything

It's a super small area for what is essentially just fish market stalls, I used to mess around in the space rig for 1-2 hours not even interacting with actual interactibles, just walking around looking at stuff, and in VT exploring it, doing parkour, setting paintings, and looking at each character's area change as I levelled them up. DT's is just plain boring with nothing going on even in terms of detail.

at the very least dukane could've had a separate room than just standing like a security guard all day 😭

or make it bigger and let us explore the rooms we only see in cutscenes
