The entire games level designed is balanced around the most "extreme' sizes. Like even the most "cramped" places allow 2 Ogryns. So everything was designed for a larger POV and model. They said before that Bardin created a similar issue in Vermintide, with every level NEEDING to compensate for him and him alone. So they ruled out any short POVs like Ratling or Votann since it would require the entire game to be rescaled just so they work out
