I find magic to be kinda annoying to use and it's much better done in elden ring. The game on first playthrough is much more limiting for possible builds on first playthrough. 90% of the bosses are pushovers outside of the dlc and a couple in the bade game and the game becomes significantly easier when you find out what areas you should do/go to next
