Well, idk what it is, but I just tested Mk III shock maul and Mk VII shovel in the meat grinder, both have a more or less identical sweeping heavy 1, if I aim directly at a heretic's face I get a headshot with the maul, but with the shovel I have to aim a little higher or it counts as a body shot.
