As stated in the facts, Plaintiff has customized her V to their likeness, which caused her to reach out to others players who customized their characters in similar ways in the past to either accuse them of copying her or ask them to change their character. This behavior was not well received in the community and multiple members, me included, voiced their opinion against it - this is the reason for this lawsuit.

Everything happened online, Plaintiff has always been secretive about her real self. The "Distribution of private sexually explicit materials" and "Disclosure of intimate images" accusations are in reference of NSFW screenshots and 3D renders of plaintiff's character, that plaintiff herself had commisioned in the past. (Plaintiff also takes NSFW shot of her own character and post them online)
