Rogue Trader is the only one with official playable orks, so you'd probably grab some ideas from it regardless of what sourcebooks you use

But you'd probably have to either homebrew your overall session structure or grab something from the other games, given that RT is assuming all ork characters to be part of a rogue trader's retinue
