uncanny is insanely strong, although shovels are juuust weak enough that uncanny doesn't send them through the stratosphere

it's balanced so long as you don't get hit out of it, or dodge out of the way too far. cus then you lose your high damage tick and it goes above 2 special activations. not to mention its slow, clunky, the activation period for some reason is timed, and worst of all you might angle it at a weak spot or you might not. compare that to say, something more baseline like combat axe that takes 3 heavies for a crusher when properly optimized. and the rest of the veteran kit just being generally good for cc, bleed and putting stuff on its ass. some stuff is old and needs to be brought up to present times. I do agree about duelling sword being too powerful. I'm sure the devs agree.
