cut the beef into chunks, brown in a dutch oven. then take them out add the onions, then carrots and celery - once they've sweat add half a glass of red wine to deglaze the pan. then add the beef back with flour and some tomato paste, mix in then add lots of beef stock - slow braise for 4 hours - then just get ready made pastry and put the insides in once you've shredded the beef

My perspective of the perfect gluttonous dinner is a Toulouse cassoulet.
