So from what I know, you could see the cutscenes again by using the Psychic scrounge at Krall's to restart the campaign, which IIRC will give you a bunch of back-to-back cutscenes, though I think that may also just redo your progress with the campaign as a whole. You dont gotta change your personality or anything, just pay the dockets and you're good. Otherwise, I suggest Youtube to be frank.

yes. depends mostly on build, class, and gamemode though. the laspistols and recon lasgun are some of the better weapons (idk about havoc as much but i think they're good there too)
