stamina translates to block before toughness break when reviving, helps when youre running for your life too. Longer block coverage as well, its still not highest tier but can be made good

havoc has some hidden modifiers that reduce your hp and toughness which makes stacking it with curios less worth it, while stamina remains the same and high stamina lets you survive in melee clashes

(that being said toughness is still good, don't go 3x 3 stamina curio that's overkill)
