I have kinda spotty rural mountain internet, sometimes my routing from the ISP gets scuffed, on steam you can change your download region, steam settings>downloads>download region at the top. Maybe try that when you can't pull an update from steam? Do switch back though to what it was afterward because I'm not sure if that has anything to do with steam based matchmaking.

I can see that streamers and some players still using them fine but they have started crashing my game (Crosshair upon entering level and Scoreboard at the end of a level) I have disabled Coherency and Ally UI in Custom HUD but not sure if there is anything else to be done?
