Just use the weapon to level it up and then spend your earned mastery points to unlock higher level blessings to equip on your weapon at Hadron. Simple as. Some even have a cool skin at max mastery.

And you can also raise the weapon's power level to boost its stats, but you need to raise its mastery level to keep boosting its level.

Hey. I've been wondering for some time: when on a mission somebody picks up plasteel or diamontine stash, does it give towards some squad pool of rewards and later is equally split? Or it goes straight into their pocket?
