A more balanced answer is some combination of stam/health/toughness whatever you feel comfortable with and then revive speed and more toughness and health. Stam regen might be nice but hscum already has the fastest regen and tied for the fastest delay.

and the ranged attacks can hit any hitzone like normal, only explosions are limited to hitting center mass

I think it's worth noting that dreg ragers have different behaviour based on the distance you're away from them when they start combo
and u can actually control the attacks they use by playing around that
additionally there's a massive mass discrepancy between dreg and scab ragers
scab ragers are much harder to cleave through and their carapace center mass makes this more apparent
an attack with 9.5 cleave can hit 3 dreg ragers, but won't even cleave through 1 scab rager

If you take the full damage tree, with crit or rending, it's a massive, noticeable buff to the team that lasts 15 seconds with a 45s cooldown. You can get that stim cooldown to 25-30s easily by killing things, so absolutely buffed half the time beats barely buffed all the time

anyway, the tldr of mobility is that after like 56% the stat doesnt make a huge difference in min maxing terms unless you really want the marginal increase it gives

specifically the high RPM one, for the perks you take you dont want stuff to ragdollm, you want them to die

mobility is underrated on some weapons, imo. bonesaw for example. 60% mob gives you +0.09 and 80% gives 0.27. shivs give 0.7 at 80%. given how slow bonesaw feels relative to shivs, it makes little sense to consider bridging the gap by 30% marginal. and bonesaw is a good example of having a damage modifier that is also marginal. you lose 1.2% crit chance going from 80>60% and a truly tiny amount of crit damage
bonesaw feels so much better with that extra 0.18 movement speed
i have one of both and i agree. but in the end it'll be preference. i wish the gap from 60 to 80 was more meaningful

It turns out that relying on an extra down and losing stats you can use to prevent yourself from going down... doesn't work in practice
You can't always get picked up
Sometimes you can get away with it, but, without adequate players there to help you take advantage of the extra down(which even then you still can't always get picked up) then you're losing out on more survival
but going down more puts more strain on your team since they have to risk themselves going down to get you up
yeah it only takes a down for the whole match to go to shit anyway
Does not matter when scum can still get down on a single crusher overhead

IMO rending stim makes shivs pretty dang good even with a desperado focused build if you’re feeling like they aren’t all that against big stuff
I recommend throwing 2 shivs, spamming a couple heavies repeat until out of crushers or knives
its easy to get a refund off of any chaff enemy if you push them, and then dodge behind to kill them
which is considered a backstab
