CD rate takes less when you consider how it works though. If you do a CD strength stim for your rampage, you won’t be able to use your stim with your rampage because you get no cooldown while in it. Furthermore, the Cooldown regen is only in stim, so it’s whatever cooldown you have forced into the 15-20 seconds of your stim. the math just looks worse and worse

A 20% reduction is 15 seconds. You can see the ratio already, that’s 10 tox infected enemies. 20 regular. it’s not hard to knock off time in a game like darktide where cooldown is given on kills.

You’re going to keep killing, so that 75 cooldown stim (which does take 90 after wearing off of course) can be knocked down to just 52 seconds after 25 tox infected kills.
