Well Traxis seems in reference to traitors by the looks of who gets that designation (for the most part). I just meant, like, if they were calling Shotgunners a Traxis-12 there might be another CQB enemy that we haven't seen yet that is a Traxis-12. Or if they were getting it confused with Gunners maybe there is another ranged enemy we haven't seen.

I'm only speculating, given that the Chaos Spawn has a unique designation. Cuzz Traxis seems to be for Traitors. Omega-Minoris seems to be for Lesser Demons. Gamma seems to be in reference to the Poxwalker virus, or specifically vectors of the disease at least. The weird ones are Sigma, Praxis, Theta (Theta might be in reference to Ogryn?) and Deltacron.

It does seem odd that Mutants wouldn't have a classification, though, potentially because the Mutants we see running at us at mach fuck aren't just mutants but are stim infused as well. So it could be that The Veterans just don't know how to classify it because they've not seen that kind of Mutant since they do describe it as a Mutant at a glance.

If I recall the 'code' system relegates to specific enemy types. The first term regards what kind of enemy it is. (Traxis=traitor) and the numbering I assume relates to the frequency and importance of a kind of enemy. For example. Traxis 1 is a traitor sniper, frequent and highlyimportant. Traxis 3 is a gunner, which is less important but frequent. Traxis 77 is the trapper, which would be far less common on a standard battlefield.

Sigma minoris 33 is the pox hound. Sigma I think represents the threat level being low. Minoris designates it as a chaos threat of low caliber. And 33 represents the frequency of dogs on the battlefield.

A daemonhost meanwhile is omega minoris, which is a high threat chaos threat. There is no listed code for it. But...
