You come to place and see black plaque lake (similar to "black hole" in Dzerzhinsk/Russia) around which heretics is doing retual.
You kill all, but it didn't stop the summoning and now you see creature of Nurgle:
Somewhat close to Nito from Dark Souls 1, the black plaque creature is assembled from corpses of everything that lived and died: rejects, heretics, animals and etc.
By it's form and behaviour, it's a pigeon, that flies around and trying to kill all rejects that is see.

I do wish DT had better sounds for enemy patrols. Cus it does, but they're all really quiet and indistinct. Meanwhile in VT2, you could hear black rat packs doing their silly "left, right, left" chant from across the map, and chaos warrior groups sounded like a marching scrap heap.

The Carnival mission with Morrow and the vox interceptor, getting to hack into heretic's communications and listen in on Wolfer is great though. Would love seeing more of that.
