How do you get your game to run so smooth without any stutering

My PC might not be the most powerful now since new components are out that are more up to date and powerful, but I usually always adjust video graphic settings till my PC runs the game smoothly, sometimes not all games are run ultra graphics and smoothly, but luckily Darktide is very well optimized and I think it runs on high or ultra.
