It does, yeah! It makes it armor piercing -- brings the armor down a class I think? So like carapace -> flak I think is how it works. It's actually better for ranged than melee because ranged doesn't consume the ult in a single hit, you can keep blasting armor piercing shots the whole duration

Best you can do is try to go for penance outfits

with the most recent update psyker has some mid but very neat gear even if it ends up making you look like a bit of a hobo, once thats that done you can just try to play more high level missions and get more dockets to buy something from the commissary store or if you want to throw IRL bucks away get something that catches your eye from the premium store

It works out to 4-5% higher fps when I'm CPU limited, so not game changing but curve offset is a built in tool so I figured I might as well mess around with it

My CPU draws about 75-80w under load and it maintains about 4.65ghz which is a little bit above it's listed boost clocks. If I really wanted to go ham I could crank the fans and up the power limit but the 5600x doesn't really ever take more than 90w even with uncapped power limits anyway. I'd probably not gain anything huge for the extra 10w.

sorry this is a lot of hours ago - well remember there's degrees of conductivity and those help determine the substance you make your cooling out of. copper is superior thermally but very expensive, aluminium is cheap but a poorer conductor, and neither can really hold a candle to a proper heat pipe, which relies on phase changing water to move heat, or some kind of fluid exchange like water cooling which catches the heat in a medium and physically carries it away to be radiated out elsewhere

most of those cool all passive cases use a combination where the heat gets carried very efficently to the external fins and then can take a little longer radiating away since you don't want fans

enthusiast thermal engineering is imo at a really cool spot right now, a friend of mine hooked up some enthusiast grade PC cooling stuff to commodity grade peltier cooling devices to make a subzero loop for his medical cannabis vape setup, was sick as hell

Do you know which weapons for the zealot have inherent bonus crit? I assume combat knife, but don't know about others.

you want bromentum/decimator on that. but fyi bromentum/headtaker is the better mix overall, especially for the rashad. fewer stacks (5 rather than 10) but MUCH easier to maintain stacks - decimator stacks disappear if you miss, block, or dodge, since you're interrupting the number of consecutive strikes. headtaker will stay up for the entire horde without much effort

shred isn't great, but can be useful if you're making a zealot build and taking advantage of the toughness dmg reduction on crit

the knife is always gonna be your best bet for procing crits because such high atk spd, plus with bleed blessings easy to use the feat that gives +crit chance to hits on bleeding enemies

i don't know of any zealot weapon that has inherent bonus crit, but i guess you can just check in the weapon properties

you are describing the tactical axe decimator, which works different to combat axe decimator

tactical is 10 hits to build to max and drops almost immediately, combat axe is 5 hits and slightly more forgiving

since making an attack which hits 5 enemies counts as 5 attacks for the purposes of decimator, they are both extremely trivial to build even before you consider DoTs which also proc both headtaker and decimator

so the big difference if you want big pushes, which you can with headtaker, or more power with decimator

also, tactical axes have a crit stat, and max out at 12% crit rate compared to the knife's inherent 15. much better blessing pool too

From an efficiency standpoint it's really bad. Not that the imperium is efficient but retraining operators of said industrial equipment results in much lower productivity.

Not to mention humans are not actually an infinite resource even though the setting kind of implies it.

Space shipping is still expensive enough that moving the population of entire world's is a massive mobilization, one that's probably even more impossible considering that 40k is basically in the end times now.
