KF got buffed so it's actually pickable now imo still not a must pick on every staff build

If you can ss good it's redundant unless you micro it which sounds like hell

The thing about it is if you can ss it kills the targets you can already kill fast faster which is like a marginal investment for 1 point on current patch which is quite valuable because psyker tree is more overpowered now
