Outside of the event, KF procing on bursters can be mitigated and therefore not happen often.

Provided the buff icons are behaving, you get a cooldown icon to let you know when KF is no longer available. You can also just try to minimize DoT or infinite cleave staves when a burster is near. Also avoid PA (push attacks) with force swords on bursters with KF.
