Well

Those extra loadouts are for swapping one talent for another, and then you know you could hotswap but no one really does that so it's better to just dedicate 1 or 2 minor changes to a whole different loadout

Kinetic Flayer is really strong. I wouldn't drop it. Warp Battery is meh. Psykinetic Aura means you won't have full stacks for long, if ever. I don't think I have ever used Essence Harvest. Get enough toughness back already from soulblaze kills

I believe that, so long as your peril is 99.9% or lower when you release RMB, you will not blow up. I usually do, like, 2 manual ticks of quell when at 95ish, which takes me to around 75, which is usually 2 more half-charged RMBs

Because you need to change some nodes around to reward your playstyle with toughness for the actions you take most. Soul stealer if you kill often, mettle if you crit often, quietude if you quell often etc

I think someone did a test a while ago and it's kind of a curve. Increasing damage up to 45% charge, then a sharp drop, and curving back up as you approach 100% charge
