Something like this is your standard right side build. A point left for BCoB or TTS depending on if you are going to melee or shoot more. There's room to shift things around too depending on what you use, but the is basically the blueprint.

Assail + melee or gun hit gives you MM stack, crits make warp stronger, things are getting more cleave and buffed with SG and DD. Toss an assail or two out then go back to melee or shooting and repeat. This keeps MM stacks up, help horde clear faster, interrupt smaller elites, helps with ammo econ, etc. Assail can be used to take out scattered shooter, CC or interrupt, snipe specials, or just dump em because a bunch of shotgunners showed up out of nowhere.

There might be a base-level misunderstanding for me of Gunker, like I like to do melee and a lot of it. But it kinda seems it's a constant battle for MM. Meaning 2-3 assail shots then 2-3 swings, rinse and repeat, you can never really just go in and murder in melee

It's the same with bubbleknight, my biggest enemy is my own peril cus it's hard to keep it high

I have 2 builds EO dawg and dogless forceful.

Small variatino with EO dawg build if I use shield or shock maul.

On dogless forceful I only go shock maul for the big damage.

I have swapped from Exec Shotgun to Bistol on Arby. Feel a lot more effective against specials, less against everything else

Between toughness on stagger and toughness on stam spent I prefer the stam one.

I forego some damage for more survivability, like the +25% damage resist on elite kill instead of +15% rending, and the toughness on stagger instead of whatever else

But I like being immortal

for the penetrating flame blessing it says 2.5% brittleness stacking 16 times, which should be 40% total but when testing it im only saying a max of 20% being applied?

the inferno staff, zealot flamer and voidblast all have the identical blessing but only the voidblast seems to actually apply 40% while the others cap at 20% thats unbelievably misleading XD

Yes we know it adds up with generic Brittleness making it go up to 60%

I've been running the force sword for a bit and I'm liking it a lot but are there any other good psyker melees good as a ek vent build sidearm? (No dueling sword)

Stroke spam is the biggest reason.

Followed by it taking no thoughts to handle hordes. It needs a buff tho.
