As it affects ranged elites, flamers, and snipers. And maybe more specials I missed.

the damage bonus seems kind of whatever for most ranged targets, it already shreds them if you have any other buffs for it

More arbites weapons fix

Basically all weapons have a sweep status which Skitarius tracks to tell when attacks have completed, but some of the newer weapons don't seem to use that status - I can still calculate the values it should have without any issues, but it wasn't being done automatically by the game like all the other weapons
if combo issues are happening elsewhere for other reasons though, this won't fix those, so lemme know if any combo problems still exist with this version```
