The general consensus is that knife 6 is better on psyker because of how we can abuse PA with KD, our stam regen delay, and the 6's PA being able to hit ogryn weak spots even through their backs.

You can do combos, but it's mostly PA spam for single.

There is a combo with the special for stagger, but I forget what it is.

FGS sword shove staggers almost everything and you can do it from outside of rager's range once staggered use the stab follow up as it does a ton of damage. With multiple ragers just keep shoving and moving.

I don’t know what others would suggest but I often like to use half bursts because it’s very quick on charge time no matter what and two bursts can kill all smaller enemies all while keeping peril down if you need to. It’s situational. You can use this method to stun heavy enemies like bulwarks or reapers to find cover or target ~5 at a time to keep them stunned while pushing forward

Full charge is most effective and definitely gets you the kill. I use partial charges half the time to keep pressure off me and to be able to move in the open
