The fact is that the game intends to use audio clues for too many different effects. It clutters to the point where it becomes useless at times. Visual indicators are something that really should just be added to the base game.

Like barrels. It's so easy for that hiss to be completely drowned out. It's a cheap way to die. The visual cues added by that mod are just amazing. They don't cheapen the experience of the game, it just presents to you information that the game cannot always convey effectively.

When last I played a real issue was that every youtuber did builds for every class, and you could really tell that if for instance psyker wasn't their main class, they would do builds with talents that are just.. bad. It would still work, of course because unless you do JUST nonsense you can get trough this game, but it certainly wasn't optimizied.
