For a given weapon class you get mastery xp (the progress bar at the bottom) as you play or sacrifice weapons, as you fill up the mastery track you get blessing points which you spend on blessings for that specific weapon (and also sometimes increase the score cap you can modify weapons up to) and as you spend these points to buy blessings for that specific class the blessing level cap for that specific class increases

I don't normally mod my games at all, but Darktide is the exception. So many quality of life mods I have to use before FS is a terrible company. Like why do I have to mod in a scoreboard, the ability to block while typing, and have a numericUI that tells me the exact amount of HP, Toughness, and ammo my partners have when these were all features in VT2? It's ridiculous.

Question about Scrier's Gaze + Assail: how worth it is it to quell every few shards? I'm using Scrier's for the first time, and I'm working on a balance between "Random bullshit go" and tossing all my shards, but also keeping SG up longer to build more stacks. So far I'm finding that quelling is fine if I have some room to move, but if things are tight, just throw all the shards and then pull out my gun or sword.

If you need more peril for more damage/cleave then it’s worth not quelling, if you need it for toughness or other attacks pop a quell in

I had really weird ASMR whispering when playing Psyker at one point but it only happened during one mission in my 40+ hours of play and I can't fucking figure out where it came from.
