Yeah so you right click assails to get to high peril, shriek, then spam assails until high peril again and just use 1 assail everytime your peril is not at 100% for maximum cleave and warp rider.

Not sure if it was here or Zealot chat but a while back, someone was making the case for running minimum Toughness on Psyker, the idea being you could fill yourself back to full most easily with effects that returned a static amount of Toughness and thus take less health damage.
I can't remember the details. Whoever it was seemed to be a good player, but possibly good enough to run meme builds like triple Stamina and not notice a difference

And then once you get good enough to start clutching, switch off the +tough regen

Psyker does not need sprint efficiency or stamina regen. Psyker has such good stam regen delay that they can push infinitely, and KD allows them to block infinitely. Sprinting is replaceable with sprint-sliding infinitely. There is no real reason to take sprint efficiency or stamina regen.
