Warp resist is the dump stat for general builds. Damge is still very dumpable. With purg's low peril gen, ER reducing peril gen by 40%, and wanting to shriek often, you'd dump peril gen.

Now with blazeaway making an impactful difference to direct damage to targets with with large health pools, there's another reason to dump warp resist.

Both damage and warp resist are very dumpable, but depends on what your goal is. It's much easier to get perfect stats now, so you don't have to settle like before.

The toughness regen hit is noticeable, but it also depends on the staff. Surge handles shooters really well and the mettle is still quite good on purg. Trauma was hit pretty hard by the mettle nerf; and I can feel the toughness regen hit on it the most.
