Darktide makes me enjoy the air locks and elevator segments during missions. It gives you those few moments to take a short breather before going into it.

Slaughter and unstable power are a great match on illisi. You can dump warp resist to help keep your peril up. If the rest of your build generates a lot of peril, you can switch to your illisi and mow down the squishier elites and fodder around you.

There's some use cases for left, like quickly stunning a burster or trapper, but it's honestly pretty useless
Better in those cases to juts use your ranged/melee wep
