Has anyone encountered this Disrupt Destiny Bug:
I played void staff with disrupt destiny + lingering influence. The first match worked as intended, but in the second match where I didn't make any change to my build, the disrupt destiny buff suddenly lasted less than 2 seconds according to the icon indication, and it never once went beyond 1 stack. I was staring at the bottom left icons for an entire match so I'm sure I didn't mistake the icon for else.
The second match was a Auric Maelstrom with a -20% ability CD modifier. Not sure if it has anything to do with that.
