Rashad is better than antax now since hitboxes were fixed

the main reason being that rashad has finesse while the antax have cleave. Cleave is useless since brutal momentum exists, but finesse increases attack speed, which makes the rashad better than the antax now that its hitboxes aren't shit
Cleave is useless anyway. BM is godly with the Antax.

Depends on how you use it 😉
Rashad has finesse while antax has cleave damage. This means rashad has faster swings and deals more weak spot and crit damage while antax deals some more damage to those extra Bromentum targets.
I advise to use antax on zealot and rashad on vet and psyker if you want to use a caxe because without the zealot attack speed buff the antax is too slow and you will get hit.
You can obviously use rashad on a zealot if you prefer it.
You get one with headtaker and Bromentum and you will forget powersword ever existed.
In the far future, there is only grind.

Gun always does more damage than Psyker. (the overkill score does it).
- Two slashes to the weakspot scores less
- One plasma to the weakspot scores more
- Same dead dreg.
Scoreboard is like a gun.
- You can use it for homeprotection and vermin.
- You can shoot people for blocking you in traffic.
Scoreboard:
- can be used to see where you're weak and identify room for improvement
- can be used to chase door-activations, cogitators while neglecting clearing the room to your teammates
(I think someone called it a green-circle-chaser (probably a VT statement))

XII tends to overkill with psyker when having warp unleashed and warp charges, you are usually better off downgrading to Ia or IV
Plus the fast weapon swap with IV is great for getting those BBs off a bit faster.

what blessings and perks u want?
There are a lot of nice options but none that are clearly superior over the other.
On Ia you kinda want efficiency since for some reason it has really low reserve ammo count (the real description in case of Ia should be, gain 66% ammo reduction on your next shot after X seconds, you can keep firing and regular shots cost 3 ammo while efficiency shot costs 1 ammo)
Headhunter + Infernus is nice on IV
Between the eyes + Ghost is a solid combo on both as well, helps you to fight those ranged trash.
Opening salvo and no respite help to deal with elites.
Opening salvo has also an interesting functionality in that when hip firing it resets almost immediately, so having opening salvo actually makes the Lasguns pretty deadly when hip fired at medium to close range.
For perks it depends on your weapon roll, expect Ia to reach one shot treshold against all ranged trash quite easily, IV can reach one shot treshold with 0 peril and 6 stacks on dreg autogunners and scab riflemen with correct rolls and perks but not scab stalkers, it does make it up for it by consuming only 2 ammo per shot and having a very fast fire rate.
Don't count on having a lot of peril up since it decays so fast now. If there would be an option to disable peril decay that would just buff the build since you only need 97% to BB.
For feats I strongly recommend either the one build (111111) or the one build with kinetic shielding (111211).

I would change unarmoured to flak yes, because flak is the most common armour type, 2 of 3 ranged mobs and it helps with melting maulers faster.

Well, I like the MG XII on psyker, but I don't like Stability as a dumpstat (my preferred dumpstat for it is ammo), and I don't like the crit based blessings for it, so not exactly my preferred version of it.
The thing is, it's pretty darn damaging as it is, and it doesn't have a high enough crit chance or rate of fire for crits to be reliable.
I'm not a great fan of the MG IV, as there's some light enemy types on higher difficulties that can't be one-shotted even by a headshot, even with good damage/stopping power stats and every damage bonus I can reasonably stack.
(I may be missing some bonus, but when I've got an MG IV with near maximum damage/stopping power, T4 Flak armour damage, six warp charges and warp unleashed - albeit admittedly at zero peril - I don't think a dreg bruiser can be one shotted by the MG IV, other than by getting lucky with a crit, and that's not a high enough chance to be reliable).
I mostly rule out the 1a on the basis that it doesn't fire enough faster than the XII to be worth the drawback of less ammo and damage.
I was able to carry a whole section solo thanks to shredder and it shows on the score that's all that matters to me. I had a good game and wanted to share 
At present, my favourite perk combination for the XII is Between the Eyes and Ghost; Between the Eyes isn't impressive on its own, but it synergises well with Ghost.
I had a game last night where I got grouped with a Purgatus Psyker, a Surge Psyker and a Rumbler Ogryn, so I very much ended up on marksman duty.
I mean, yes, with that many psykers you can somewhat just rely on brain burst for long ranged damage, but the XII is still generally going to be more efficient for clearing out shooter squads.
True but you'd need patient ppl and you don't find many of those between pugs 
This was Consignment Yard HL17-36, and during the mid-mission event I ended up in the overlooking control chamber babysitting the interrogator up there because... well, I was the only person who actually had a weapon that was effective from up there.
Also, to be honest, this also meant I wasn't trying to see targets through flames, lightning or an ogryn.

There was a game I was in the other day - on Vigil Station Oblivium, we got attacked by a plague ogryn on the bridge near the end, two of us got knocked off the edge, and I went down trying to deal with a tox flamer. The remaining vet did manage to finish the ogryn on his own and the bulwark that was guarding our respawn (a hell of a job there), but... well, when the horde turned up, it was a case of "dash for the respawn and hope I'm not downed before I get someone up".
I forgot to ask him afterwards if he'd specifically chosen to get me up first, or whether it was pure chance.
(I was there with an Illisi, so the horde didn't last very long).
I mean a competent vet like that would probably have enough "ram" to remember the psyker had an illisi

Camo Vets should have 'cosmetic' effect.. like ghilli suit or something on Mission-Lineup.
So we can spot them without Mods.
The game should just be much better at telling you about each player's build.
A lot of the talents you can pick are way less useful if the other players don't know about them.
- The mod that lets you switch Primary/Secondary weapon on 'MissionLineUp' should be part of the official code.
- Camo Feat should have ghilli scarf cosmetic or something around vet. Or slight shimmering distortion field.

You often can't be in coherency with everyone, so knowing who's running what bonuses to people in their coherency could often be useful.

I see your point:
- a rounded build
- not rely on others
- PUGs are unpredicable.
But:
- you're adding to the 'unpredictability'
- a single camo adds +33% aggro (imagine hi5 or hishock5 on top of that)
- two camos adds +100% aggro.
- I had 3x camos .. checks notes .. +200% aggro
The GameDirector spawns a 4x man team of enemies.. but only sees you.

A bit late to this but I use it as a mobility defence stat stick with the ability to one shot mutants
So +maniac and +stamina for perks, Unstable Power 4 and Deflector 4 as my blessings.
I don't often hit with it but when I do it's usually a mutant face with second heavy, light spam against a doggo or light heavy on a nearby elite/special to finish them off.

Replace Carapace with Flak or unarmoured.
The choice is:
- buff the job you do 99% of the time
- or buff the 1% which saves your life.
I choose (1); use other tools in your arsenel for that 1%.
You are not going to have 20 pox walkers in Illisi range outside of creature spawner.
With my Mod, I can see camo-experts now.
I admit I was wrong: some camoexperts are okay.
BUT:
- Not all camo-experts are bad vets.
- All bad-vets are camo-experts.
I've seen good ones. Theyre like "Turrets": dakka dakka dakka.. laying down elites one after another.
I got kinetic barrage, I've put down shooter-elites faster than bad-vets.
People need to start canning that uncanny strike, heavies deal base damage against everything else except mauler heads and crushers. Maulers are easily killed with a special and crushers should always be dealt at range. Don't say you always can't because you have the 'sit yo ass down' button on all force swords.
basically just see how much uncanny helps on normals and special for maniac flak and cara

Uncanny Strike only works if the damage against that enemy is less than base damage. Given how heavy heavy is top single and multi target DPS for Illisi I don't understand why people run uncanny with it since only carapace gets a reduction thus only carapace can benefit from uncanny strike.

IDGAF about anything except crushers, I don't want to go 'toe-to-toe' with them even with the 'knockdown'.

Well uncanny strike isn't it since you gotta be hitting heads to keep it active. Slaugherer and Unstable Power are those you don't have to think about and you get benefit.
Slaughter every time you kill something, Unstable Power every time you special up for swap to melee because you hit high peril and have mobs in your face.

Heavy is the only daage that seems to get through Carapace.
What does that have to do with Uncanny?
Look at the heavy dmg on various enemies and the base heavy dmg

Uncanny basically helps shred armour so that you reach the true dmg of the weapon
The only type of armour reducing your dmg and benefitting from uncanny is carapace
If you have warp flurry make sure to run inner tranquility and warp battery or you get very little benefit from it.
Trauma has shit tier crit modifier so Warp Nexus brings very little value.
Surge, Sustained Fire, Transfer Peril and Run 'n Gun work only with LMB for so they are garbage.
Focused Channeling can be of some use but it's mainly a bandaid solution for bad positioning, you don't want to trade hits as a Psyker on Damnation.
Blazing Spirit reguires specific rolls and Warp Nexus 4 so that's out of the question as well.
Terrifying Barrage supression gets overridden by the supression from LMB and stagger from RMB so no effect form the blessing.
This leaves us with Rending Shockwave, which doesn't increase your own damage since Trauma ignores armour but will increase your team's DPS on beefier targets when guy thrown them on the ground for them.
So there we have it, wither Focused Chabbeling (training wheels) or Rending Shockwave to pair with Warp Flurry.

rending and brittleness are the same thing more or less, sometimes brittleness means it's an enemy debuff
Light spam is only really good for when you panic and need to focus on your dodges. Heavy light combo is a much better one but heavy heavy is the best DPS, however, if requires you to know how to dodge unlike heavy light which is a lot safer to spam.

Rending is personal, Brittleness is for the enemy, same effect and they stack additively.
Funny fact, if you have enough rending on you and brittleness on enemy you can do more than 100% damage, but ONLY if your attack deals less than 100% damage on the tables.

Rending means: your additional attacks bypasses their damage-reduction.
Brittleness means: your entire teams attacks now benefits from bypassing their damage-reduction.

At least you think it's six... they stack so close.
Against Ragers and Maulers you can just dodge back -> special up and delete them with a heavy (most often in single hit if you have Slaugherer stacks).
If you are fighting a mixed horde and not using heavy heavy you should work on your skills. I don't mean it as in 'git gud' I mean it as in it's ok you can't do it now but please spend the time learning the way so you can free up a blessing slot for something that can buff you even more (like unstable power).

Crushers are so hard to dodge.
They have so many diff attacks, kick, swat, vanguard, strikedown.
Only the strikedown is telegraphed.

Well crushers, maulers, ragers, chargers are the only ones i care about.

- sitdown/push only works if you have enough stamina... don't charge bursters to do a push.

You also have to take into consideration that illisi doesn't freeze you into its animation
to be fair, it might've been hit before, it's not like it was a controlled environment
but you also hit breakpoints for killing multiple maulers etc in 2 or 3 swings

I'm used to my cardio from sprint eff so I was in for a rude awakening when I took them off
I'm torn. Would it be better have 60-80+ free brain bursts per map with almost no control over when it triggers with Flayer BUT not be able to BB a rager / flamer from zero peril? Or not get free BB and charges but able to 1 shot ragers and flamers as long as I have 6 stacks?
flayer is pretty much for maintaining warp charges if you didn't run communion or don't Brain Burst enough; in my experience it does proc on elites fairly often but not reliably enough for it to be taken just because of the damage

if you don't Brain Burst often and want to run Psykinetic aura, go for flayer
It's great with a rapid fire gun since you just randomly oneshot things

No, there are certainly some elites you don't oneshot
pinning fire + blaze away; maybe it's not exactly a one-shot but it seems to come very close to it

I tend to BB a lot. Surge or BB until exploding, then using the Ult with Barrage for more.

I don't care if they can't handle melee enemies because I run the best weapons for them, but I do care against ranged enemies, especially when they're not peeking to take the aggro off or killing ranged enemies fast enough so that the entire team can just rush through
I despise games with two or more pub non-autopistol psyker's because of how dog water they tend to be at fighting ranged and making the fights take long if it's not on a corridor map like magistrate or commsplex

To my experience it seems to be a mixture of logic where total damage/DPS and stagger both matter. At least that seems to be the way with monstrosities. If I bully a plogryn into the corner with my ogryn using punch overhead shovel combo it always sticks on me no matter what.

You can actually game with this. It seems that the trauma explosion is actually a sphere, so if you do max range explosions you can lift the sphere up from the ground and hit more people when there is a change in elevation near them.

Step 1. Pick Kinetic Deflection.
Step 2. Pick a force sword.
Step 3. Spam push as fast as you can. If you need more speed have 1 or 2 stamina regen on curios.
If you have a hit coming your way that you can't stagger you still have all the peril to block it. Also, while you are infinite staggering enemies you are not blocking so the peril goes down.

Slaughterer is really the best overall blessing in my opinion. Works on every sword. Deflector is fine if you want more defensiveness but I personally don't think you 100% need it. I play on Damnation and can complete Hi-Intensity and only really take it if I have melk's that require melee or if I just want to be a little lazier with positioning. Unstable power is good. I think executor and uncanny strike are good for Deimos as the heavy special attack will proc it to 4 or 5 stacks

so, an attack has a base damage. Then, to each armour type (Unarmoured, Infested, Flak, Unyielding, Carapace, Maniac), an attack deals some percentage% to that armour type
For example, force sword heavies deal 65% damage to carapace
rending% will push that damage to 100%
so if you had 40% rending, you would deal 65% + 14% = 79% damage to carapace instead, where the 14% comes from (100% - 65%) * 40%

Flurry Shockwave is easier to setup, especially now with warp unleashed.
You can get away with having some warp charges but that +infested is pretty important.

this is what i just rolled
Ideally you want +infested +unarmoured for flurry shockwave trauma and then either +unarmoured +crit chance or +infested +crit chance for nexus spirit trauma
Flurry trauma wants good warp resist and damage and can get away with a minor hit to charge rate and blast radius, quell speed is the dump stat.
For Nexus Spirit trauma you absolutely want max or like very near max charge rate and blast radius, damage, warp resist and quell speed are all shared "dump stats" preferably you have even rolls on them so that none is very bad. But you absolutely need Warp Nexus 4.

Flurry Shockwave = Warp Flurry (cast speed with continuous casting) and Rending Shockwave (apply brittleness go increase your team members damage against the target)
Nexus Spirit = Warp Nexus (+x% crit at 20/40/60/80 peril) and Blazing Spirit (3 stacks of Soulblaze on crit to all enemies hit, caps at 6 stacks)

Oh and, learn to quell cancel, it's around 15-20% DPS increase with nexus spirit trauma. You cast, then you hit quell, hold for just tiny bit, let go of quell and cast again. When done right you can skip some of the after cast animation and cast faster.

A side note on that, I was just tanking a DH and it disappeared after a 2nd person died. It killed the first target, but the 2nd teammate I think went down to melee mobs while I was tanking? Then the DH just went poof.

In an ideal scenario (quelling from 100%), you'll regenerate 24.6% toughness per second (12.31% * 0.5 * 1/0.25)
with 190% toughness regeneration speed with 7.5 toughness/s, you'll regen 21.75 flat toughness per second.
Since toughness regen is pretty much active continuously unless you're taking damage, it will outhandily beat quietude

interestingly this still has the same breakpoint of "14 casts total from 0 to 100" as long as I detonate the first cast slightly early
though with the 377 I can get 15 casts total if I also detonate it early (or more, of course, assuming 10% autoquell from a kill)
yeah, still gonna use the 377. Maniac roll lets me get 3HKO breakpoints on flamers instead of the 4HKO of the 380 staff

It would be interesting to see the average damage of that versus a weapon with a lot higher crit bonus. The maximum bonus is not that high so it might actually pull quite even.

Like Griever said, quell speed is not important, also blast radius is not important. So you want high everything else except blast radius and quell speed and preferably lower quell speed than blast radius.
The blast radius only affects the explosion effect when the ball stops and it deals abysmal damage and has a cleave limit. The only real purpose for it is to apply supression, which is a nice added bonus but you want to focus on killing stuff which will keep your flurry going.

Devil claw has some really poor base stats.
i got a mk5 with shred and uncanny and it kinda fucks tbh
spam the heavies on anything like gunners and above and it kills them pretty fast
