You can slide backwards and sideways while quenching/casting/shooting/blocking/melee/etc. You dodge+crouch to slide, use keybinds that allow you to press those to quickly to make use of sliding.

trauma staff, warp resistance literally doesn't matter, it has Perils = Yes, the trick is to use the blast at ~95% so you eat up all the cost and go straight to 100
