The only time i manage to lose stacks in combat is when it procs on something too tanky to die, and i also somehow failed the 4% rng from the other perk for a whole 25 seconds, which is quite rare

• BB should grant a charge on kill from an ally, maybe a 5 second grace window so ur encouraged to use bb to soften up stuff
• BB should grant a charge while charging at 20-30%...NOT 70%

Really? Feels fine to me.
Warp charge expires in 25 seconds and the 10% bb cd is 15s, giving you 10 second window to get the rng bb.
You're usually hitting like 20 times in those 10 seconds if you fight crowds, so surely that 10% will proc. Only time it fails is if it procs against something tanky.
And even if that happens, you might just be saved by the 4% on kill, as long as you're near your tram.

in the daemons books ive read its the largest part of his realm and at the heart of it nurgle is in a mansion where he brews plagues. the books reference its size waxes and wanes when nurgles powers wax and wanes. and when it waxes it encrouches onto enemy territory. the books also reference the flowers that birth new plaguebearers etc and ive been told directly by daemon players the entire garden didnt just disappear when gulliman went into it. so when you say stuff like "it all burned away" it sounds like ur saying nurgle just lost 99 percent of his territory, and as such the other gods would immediately be working toward taking it. all i got is my daemon codexes to go off of tho as i didnt read gullimans trip to nurgles realm so idk if ur either describing what happened poorly or GW changed what it means to the great game when the garden recedes
