To be honest the game is only $5, so even if I hadn't gotten it for free this quality of gameplay goes way beyond any expectations I could have had.

It does help that it's a roguelite, but, I enjoy 3/4 of the characters for any run and the 4th character I generally try to choose carefully cause he requires very good positioning... or you get swarmed and murdicated

This trinket, in Guntouchables, might be powerful but it is nervewracking being very close to death... especially since you only get 1 pick up(unless you use the no revive heat setting, then you get none) and if you get lucky and get desperate strength then you have up to 2 saves per mission... which is stressful, since you can just get swarmed and screwed :/

This is a great perk, no matter what character or difficulty you are doing. It's a free death defy once per mission, but, it's easy to activate if you are using the bloody headband by accident

Generally you want to save the revive or death defy for the weapon mod room, if you can, since then you can generally always get at least 1 weapon mod each mission :/

I mean, you don't want to use either if you can help it... but it beats losing the hour run to some bs
