Fairly significant still for elite nuking. First two hits for each target will lack the full brittle buff. When elite nukers are aiming for 1-3 shots it'll be important. We'll likely see overall team damage increase though due to the swap to brittle, at the cost of blessings potentially being wasted due to it not being a unique brittle debuff. That latter bit is my issue with it, so many sources of brittle these days.
