In relation to boss killing, thammer when activated has a super high unyielding multiplier which is why it just does that, relic blade doesnt. But relic blade has much higher finesse, making it scale better with shroud, and its flak damage is also super high, so while it doesnt oneshot monstrosities unless youre gigabuffed and not in havoc, you can do this in havoc 40

Its basically babies first high difficulty weapon and unfortunately a large majority of the playerbase dont part with it because they have avoided learning how to deal with game mechanics due to it so they'd rather think nothing else is viable rather than get a big fat reality check
