I guess I just kind of struggle to find any reason for the adjudicator to exist because the ranges we fight at in HD2 rarely care about damage drop off because Arrowhead is fairly generous(as games go) and apply it at around 20-25 meters.
I will admit its kinda ass tracking elevated overseers with the reprimand, but that's mostly due to the subsonic ammunition. 285m/s velocity leaves a lot to be desired
