I know about this build, and i'd argue that while it's interesting stats-wise, you dont really play very differently than a regular cloak zealot in the end. It's just a bit funny because he uses a big weapon and build hp, it's not exactly "And now he can outperform castigator's stance arbitrator"
And sorry but if the best argument to "Zealot lack gameplay variety" is that you can kinda find some if you really really squeeze the very little he has, I don't think it makes a very good case for it
And just because you end up pretty solid on paper doesn't mean it fulfill the fantasy of a tank : castigator's stance is great for that as you can literally take big bonks in the head and not flinch while it's active. But having to spend half the mission invisible backstabbing people doesn't really scream "tank" for me
