I did a lights out mission yesterday and heard one last dh before the gloriana finale but couldn't find her. I backtracked just one room and my entire team got wiped and a zero audio hound pounced me just as they went down

Horde defense, disabler defense, counter-fire against shooters, and developing monstrocity defense is where I'd tell anyone to start.

And you can learn from other players you don't know by thinking about what they're getting downed by or just checking their blindspot in the moment and handling the thing yourself.

You can also ping, type if you want, dare I say even communicate.

Start with getting comfortable with defense, conscious movement, and recognizing special unit tells is what I'd mention.

Mk2 is less rigid in actual combos and more "you just do it" after you learn what chains into what
It benefits from you sitting in the psyk and seeing where you can go from where, just to know
Beyond that
The default entry into combos are reversed from the 10, 2 lights are single target, and 2 heavies are group clear, then the heavies swap to overhead/uppercut loop, and lights rotate between overhead and sweep
The light sweeps chains into the heavy sweep there, and most of the single target attacks chains into another single target attack regardless of light or heavy, so you can pick based on how fast you need it and for what. The push attack of the 2 is a sweep and directly chains into the 2 starting heavy sweeps, so you can instantly enter your best group clear combo at any moment in time from a push (which youll do a lot in groups as its a slower weapon), and you can also just push > light to jump into the light overheads to enter the single target territory immediately, though its less common to need that after a push
