Depends. Some builds dont care to quell SG and just abuse warp unbound.
Builds who do often use talents like by crack of bone (but not only) so you don't have to quell manually, as it is both a risk and a time consumer

They are essentially the same thing tbf with minor talent change. And you'll still not need it. The only difference is whether you gun or melee more. For meleeker take crack o bone
