The homeroom teacher who was involved some in the 2nd one and is a role model to the yusuke-equivelent basically, who has had anger issues in her past as a delinquent but overcame them after discovering how passionate she was about teaching
But a teaching advisor shows up, who is later found out to go to business, create a "villain" that appears to be the source of all problems at the company, where removing that person solves everything
After snooping enough, he finds out about her past anger issues and makes her his target, creating evidence of her being an "abusive teacher" (grabbing a lighter and spray from a student and scolding them, but cut to lack context), which results in her being banned from interacting with students outside of class, which goes against everything she stands for as she routinely helps students with plenty of things, and ofc she doesnt follow that and she gets suspended from teaching altogether
With no more outlet to quell her anger issues, she puts on a track suit and covers her face and bikes out her frustrations, sometimes hitting bystanders by accident due to being blinded by rage, landing her a spot as a menace, and thus her own palace, represented by a flooding dam on critical alert, barely keeping it together
However the advisor is also present, siphoning the energy from the dam (like hes benefitting from basically running her life), making this be the first palace with 2 seperate rulers, let alone at odds with each other
