while the duration is over 50%

the 25% bumping up the adm lets more of that high raw damage pull through

and hyper violence has so many things going for it here

extremely high raw damage against smaller enemies, especially with deathblow snowballing it and the cleave + strength bonus making you hit more targets

you deal giga damage, to the point where in literally havoc you can horde clear by spamming lights and youll be killing like 8 enemies per swing

cuz hyper violence adds a flat damage value to swings

that one heavy diagonal that has really really low cleave min damaghe

yeah hyper violence just gigapads it from the huge overkill you get from the start
