Power halberd weapon special has 2 side mode (like crowbar) . The counter attack hooks and pulls in enemies with the halberd and does lots of stagger. To enter power mode you must perform a full heavy chain. In power attack mode the axe side does increase cleave damage and cleave. In hammer side power mode it does increased finesse and single target damage on light attacks and much greater armor pen on heavy attacks. The power mode only last 2 combo heavy or light combos. Using the weapon special while mid heavy attack does a rotating pommel strike that keeps the power mode going even if you have performed all but the last attack of the 2 power combos already. Using the weapon special while light attacking stabs with the spear tip of the halberd which has good finesse damage and armor pen but can only be performed as a light attack.

I usually run crusher to keep things CC'd when I don't need to play support or Eviscerator when I wanna mulch

original bolt pistol, AoE bolter, and flamer for ranged

other chain weapons and laspistols etc when I feel like a chuckle

it's the not-dyingest zealot build you can put together

and the point of darktide isn't to kill, or finish the mission, it's to not die

you don't die for long enough, the mission ends and you get rations

also it stacks amazingly well with weapons that scale well with a generalized crit build

I can end missions with scoreboard telling me I was high 60% for both crit and weakspot hit with the crusher's weakspot homing system

which means, law of large numbers, every other or every fourth swing I swung, was a weak spot crit hit

alls I'm saying is it's plenty feisty for damage and mulching but you have a ton of tools to keep the team from getting darktided

it struggles a bit with carapace generally and crushers specifically, because the crusher in your hands has to be stunlocking while push attacking close to constantly to quickly kill them 1v1, but the crusher in your hands' CC abilities more than keep them assplanted while someone else on the team finishes em off

everything else is 1 or 2 hits to kill, auric tier

just a quick round the meat grinder to give you a crude idea of what it's capable of
