hows this been for you? i discussed this with willow a few times and she said crit is too inconsistent with shred + scourge alone to run perfect strike, going wrath + rampage instead

it feels fine to me

I probably sit around 20-30 crit on average

U get ~55% crit chance with both stacked up, and perfect strike (when u crit) is significantly better than every other cleave blessing

It mainly matters for mauler/scab rager groups

Rampage will basically not activate reliably vs either of those enemies unfortunately
