majority of the time, the dump is going to be defences, mobility, or collateral

defences is like a tiny bit of block/push cost, mobility is like a tiny bit of dodge distance and sprint speed, and collat is stagger for guns (in a couple cases you want it for blessings, but other cases it can cause enemies to flail around resulting in missed headshots)
