Arbitrator and probably ogryn are bad classes to start with imo. Ogryn less so because you have to be in melee a lot, but even still theyre both so tanky they create bad habits for the other classes if youre not aware.

I maxed zealot when I first started, but I switched to ogryn and mained it for like 300-400 hours. After that I went vet for a while, eventually psyker was the only thing I didnt play. I decided I wanted to learn everything so I picked up psyker and died a lot lol.

As it goes though, its rare for me to go down in games most of time now, just takes practice

I dont know actualy, I think you're right, there is a place for simpler weapons for getting newer players more interested.

But it'd be fun if there was like, a toggle you could put on a weapon for advanced players where you go "give me the advanced moveset" which is trickier to use and you have to mix it up more but rewarded with stronger combos by choosing it

You can let a lot of stuff come to you, things like trappers, mutants, flamers. You can hear them from a mile away usually. Enemy priority is a big thing, sometimes you'll have a mutant come at you, but you have something else attacking you, so it might be best to dodge the mutant, then deal with the threat in front of you, it'll take the mutant a second to recover. Trappers have the same principal somewhat, they'll come toward you, shoot their net, you dodge. If you can't kill them immediately, they'll usually run away, reload and then come back. Positioning is really important, this game has things like bombers who throw fire grenades, and if you hole up in a corner or something they'll try to flush you out. Its good to keep moving, use chokepoints like doorways to force hordes to funnel.
