Spanish has just been eternally part of my background and it's lowkey a shame I never tasked myself with being fluent in it and multiple dialects within that.
But I like being able to communicate with people and read other shit so breaking a language barrier is something I've valued pretty immensely. Plenty of familiarity with being around tons of people from other parts of the world who don't have english as a first language so I've just been exposed to other languages being thrown in by bilinguists and polyglots.
And also for travel in the future when/if I get the funds for that kind of thing.

With a conscious edge to it. Shoves and push attacks are already just a core part of the gameplay. You juicing your attack speed from a basic act of making space for yourself just gives you a snappy method of counterattacking.

It's just a matter of whether or not you want to supplement a defensively minded aspect within your build. One that requires, and I mean no shittalk I'm just saying, your conscious choice to have that as a feature within your build via talent choices.
Even if it may not be 100% necessary, you're not really putting yourself at a crazy loss for that. If anything, you're just dumping something a little extra.
A personal criteria for me is whether or not pathing towards certain talents I want sacrifices talents that I may have greater need for. After the talent rework, zealot gets access to little treats like that and it feels good for weapons like a crusher in my experience or variants of a relic blade/eviscerator mk15 build.
And if we're talking about relic, that talent alone juices up something that relic always loves which is more attack speed. Considering the talents that can be taken along that path and on the sides of it, I'd say it's a fine pick, especially for a more defensively minded playstyle.
Zealot feels good as a melee specialist the more interactions it can leverage from fundamental melee. Loading that stack is dope. The only other class I can think of operating like that but to a much wilder degree is arbites.

Games like this favor stripping down information for the sake of immersion. This can enrich players with an experience, provided their execution is able to meet their imaginations and limits of the game, you get that extra kick of feedback satisfaction.
Exestance is a great example of what an ability entirely devoted to information, but on a timer relative to the vet's ability to actually play sharpshooter or shooter period in a game entirely designed around being dark as fuck with trite very brief sprinkles of information.
Think of the visual tells you get from shooter units.

I don't know how this game logs inputs, but the reason that can be happening could be the window where your character is technically neutral so the next spammed out dodge in this example would just be logged as a jump.
This kind of thing is easier to feel when dodge counts are exhausted and diminishing returns for dodge distances get shorter, worsening the consistency.
That's more of a principle of how commands are registered. So mods that get into that and slot themselves in to cover that input can negate that from happening.

Just about all the dumb shit in vt2 is spread pretty widely as well so I'm not exactly too worried about it. There aren't many things that are just out the bin completely unusable there either, even less popular choices.

P.sword can live without it. Feels better as a choice for a setup that's really hard for horde cleave on the mk3 or whatever. Not necessary though.
A player just having better rhythm and buffered block cancels (or mod it in) is already going to likely be faring just fine if they want to do that sort of thing. Everything after that is like, idk shoving judgement, swapping weapons as desired/necessary, weaving in nades, etc.
