RB with AtO, Wrath, and Rampage hit 35 cleave if I understand AtO right, which isn't wasting much of it into mixed crowds and for the most part havoc. Really nice since the RB is usually used for its crowd damage + generalist single target.

There's a lot of nuance here. Like americans overeating I'm fairly sure is due to outliers, it's easy to eat your way to becoming overweight if you just eat grease. Grease is easy to buy and addicting. It's that easy. At least in the areas I've lived most people aren't medically overweight. As with portion sizes that is complicated, our normal food places serve a shitload of food so you can take some home. You're not meant to leave hungry, ever, that's a failure of the restaurant, so they sell massive portions.

Personally I think the double-portion sizes at restaurants is like core to most of american culture. Like food is def the core but it's not about "american" food, but how food is served and how it brings people together in the way it does. This is to my knowledge why those hotpot/korean bbq places pop tf off because there's a lot of cultural overlap there plus the food is bomb. As such I doubt it'd change, no reason to.
